The inception of the company was in the year 2007 and majority of the company share is owned by a Malaysian Bumiputra. A few technocrats along with a few people from business background founded the company with a single minded focus of consulting and training. The company’s main office and training centre is located at Kuala Terengganu (Town Centre).
